Refund policies for both the Job Assistance Program and Immigration/Visa Services:
Refund Policy on Job Assistance Program for Abroad Jobs
Non-Refundable Conditions:
If the client fails to appear for interviews at the scheduled time.
If the client fails to crack the interview.
If the client decides to discontinue the services mid-process.
If the required documents (employment, education, etc.) are not submitted to the employer.
If fraudulent documents are submitted.
If there is a late submission of any additional documents requested by the employer.
Refund Policy on Immigration/Visa Services
Service Withdrawal:
No refunds will be issued for early service withdrawal.
Refund Percentages:
Refund percentages apply only to the full service fee paid and not just a part of it.
Refund percentages are applicable only if the full fee has been paid without any balance due.
Pre-Registration Discounts:
Clients acknowledge that some services may be discounted based on future expectations, and they are registered before qualification details are finalized.
If a client's profile is ineligible after announcements, they can transfer to other opportunities.
Chargeback Policy:
Zero-tolerance for chargebacks. Clients disputing a valid payment will be blacklisted and may face collections and credit reporting.
Refund Calculation:
Refunds will be calculated based only on the consultation fee, excluding taxes, which are non-refundable.
Rejection by Immigration Authorities:
In the event of rejection by immigration authorities, the refund will be processed after the submission of the refund claim form and rejection letter, within 15-30 working days.
Third-Party Delays:
No refunds for delays caused by third-party services.
Non-Refundable Fees:
Any fees paid to assessing bodies, immigration authorities, or embassies are not refundable, even in cases of rejection.
Credit Card and Net Banking Payments:
The client agrees not to dispute payments made via credit card or net banking and will cooperate with Emanate Globus to defend the payment if required.
Market Charges and Fees:
Clients acknowledge that the service charges are standard and have been communicated before registration. Claims of charges being too expensive will not be entertained.
Funds Requirement for Immigration:
The client must show sufficient funds for immigration, and failure to meet this requirement will not result in a refund.
Cancellation of Previous Registrations:
Any previous registrations before the agreement date will be nullified, and no refund or claim can be made unless explicitly agreed upon by Emanate Globus.
Rejection Grounds:
No refunds will be made if the permit is rejected for reasons like failure to attend interviews, failure of medicals, non-compliance with embassy requirements, fraudulent documents, insufficient funds, or failure to meet language test requirements.
If the client abandons their case within 3 months of registration or fails to communicate with the consultant for 3 months, no refund will be provided.
Required Documentation:
The client must provide all necessary documentation and communicate with Emanate Globus promptly. Failure to do so will result in no refund.
Client Participation in Interviews:
The client must attend all required interviews at their own cost. Failure to do so means no refund will be provided.
Incorrect Payment or Mode of Payment:
If the petition is delayed or returned due to an error in the payment, the client agrees not to request a refund.
Additional Paperwork:
Immigration processes may require additional paperwork, and failure to comply will not entitle the client to a refund.
No Refunds for Abandonment or Transfer:
Clients cannot transfer fees to another person, and no refund will be issued if the client abandons their case.
Accuracy of Documents:
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation. Inaccurate, fake, or incomplete details will lead to rejection and no refund.
