Endorsement: A relevant endorsing body must approve the business idea.
Financial Requirements: Sufficient personal savings to support residency in the UK.
English Language: Must meet the English language requirement, either by passing an approved test (CEFR level B2) or holding a recognized academic qualification taught in English.

After 5 years on the Start-Up and Innovator Visas combined, applicants may qualify for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), or UK settlement.

Professional Restrictions: Cannot work as a doctor, dentist in training, or professional sportsperson.
No Settlement on Start-Up Visa Alone: Must progress to the Innovator Visa to qualify for ILR.
